National Carrot Cake Day Poem By Annie the Porcupine

dneumann1972

Hooray, hooray! It's finally here,

The best day of the year!

February third—let's cheer and shout,

For carrot cake, there's no doubt!

Crunchy carrots, cinnamon spice,

Just one nibble—oh so nice!

And that nutty crunch,

I'd eat it for breakfast, dinner, and lunch!

Cake may be unhealthy,

But add some carrots—voilà! Now it's healthy!

So grab a fork, don't wait, don't blink,

It's Carrot Cake Day—let's eat, not think!
